The Study Visit and Business and Leisure Tour is the perfect way to explore beautiful tourist destinations while learning about the culture of Thailand and how to do business there.
This is the concept of “the educational tour” providing travelers with opportunities to visit tourist as well as business destinations. In this way, you will have a good time while learning about the vital aspects required of running a business in Thailand and about the communities you visit and the people’s lifestyles.
Travelers will be accompanied by a knowledgeable and professional guide on every trip, who will provide them with valuable information along the way. Together with other travelers from all over the world (we welcome tourists worldwide), this will be an excellent opportunity to share priceless ideas and experience as you enjoy yourselves during this unforgettable journey.
Each program includes:
- Visits to factories, real estate projects, golf courses, industrial estates and other business activities. These will provide you with an understanding of the lifestyles and culture of the local communities you visit, as well as with ideas for investment and your own business opportunities. You will also learn about how foreigners working in Thailand live and about investors’ popular resort and hotel sites.
- Visits to various important tourist destinations, featuring fun and exciting activities throughout the trip that will make you relax and enjoy your trip even more.
This program is part of a special professional service of the Thai Appraisal Foundation in respoinse to the urge from the Tourism Authority of Thailand to provide services to tourists worldwide so that they can travel to and around Thailand. Benefiting from the program will be tourists cum investors who are interested in real estate developments of all types nationwide. They will be immersed in an in-depth educational visit to the various business projects involved, and in discussions with developers, mayors, public authorities, property professionals and leaders of real estate associations.

Available are two programs as follows:
Program 1: Visit to Bangkok 3 days 3 nights = 750 US
Program 2: Visit to Bangkok & Pattaya 5 days 5 nights = 1,200 US
This fee includes lunches at restaurants, accommodations with breakfast, a coach bus, entrance to tourist destinations and, if applicable, coach bus to Pattaya City. THIS FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE FLIGHT EXPENSES. One person occupying a hotel room will be charged 135 USD(3 nights) for program 1and 225 USD(5 nights) for program 2.

| Day 1 |
Registration & Welcome Dinner (River Cruise Dinner) The color of Bangkok by night on the Chao Phraya Princess Cruise along the Chao Phraya River. |
| Day 2 |
City tour; visit to the CBD high rise condominium to experience life in the city. Also, you will learn about the hotel industry’s operational income in Bangkok. Visits to a luxury shopping center, a regional mall, and a commercial complex in order to learn about the operational management of businesses in the plaza. There is an optional stop at the Bangkok night market, Patpong night market, and the rest of the evening is free for you to explore the city on your own. |
| Day 3 |
Learn about different businesses in Thailand by visiting Industrial Estates and how products “flow” here. Visit to a township development project featuring new and innovative business ventures. There is an optional stop at a shopping area, MBK, and the rest of the night is available for yourself. |
| Day 4 |
An informational visit to the city of Pattaya in Chonburi Province (the famous city in the east of Thailand). You will have an opportunity to visit a golf course and learn how the business operates behind the scenes. Next, you’ll have a chance to visit some resort properties in the area and gain valuable knowledge on how investors are able to reap profits from these resorts. While visiting these properties, you’ll be able to experience first-hand how investors live and conduct business in Thailand during a windshield survey* You’ll then visit a jewelry factory which offers an opportunity to do a little shopping. After checking into the hotel in Pattaya, enjoy a Sea Food Dinner by the beach and experience the world renowned Tiffany show the famous cabaret show of Southeast Asia. |
| Day 5 |
The next morning you’ll visit an innovative housing estate, a grape farm where you can sample grape wine products, the museum of Anek Kusala Sala (Viharasien), and take a trip to the local market. Then back to Bangkok. Check-in for you at the hotel in Bangkok. (END OF THE PROGRAM) |
The program serves groups of approximately 30-40 people from around the world. Travel accommodations within the country is provided by luxury coach. For groups of fewer than 10 people, we will provide a luxury mini-coach.
Interesting Projects visited can be high-end and innovative high rise condominiums, resort developments, luxury shopping centers, regional malls, commercial complexes, industrial estates, township developments, as well as low-income housing estates rich with information.
**A windshield survey can also be considered as a technical “city tour” where you can roam around the city of Bangkok and any other cities nationwide, accompanied by a highly-experienced real estate/city planning guide.
