* For those who want to be the trainers of CRS in the future, the qualification includes:
A. Fluent in English
B. Complete both CRS online courses: Creating Value for Your Clients and Putting Technology to Work for Your Clients
C. Attendance and completion of REAP's International Train the Trainer program (this is the 5-day train-the-trainer's class)
D. Instructor must be sponsored/recommended by an established entity such as an association, real estate company or allied industry entity, educational foundation or university
E. Must have past teaching experience
F. Knowledge of the local marketplace where the course will take place
G. Must be a member of the Council of Residential Specialists
