NATCOM Conference
National Telecommunications Commission organized a conference on Experiences on Right of Way Management and the Uses Infrastructure Networks for Telecommunication in Thailand at The Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok on Thursday, December 25, 2008. Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Thai Appraisal Foundation was invited to be a speaker on alternatives for land acquisition for public uses.
