The King Prachadhipok's Institute invited Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai to speak on "Real Estate as A Source of Capital for Local Administration" at a Graduate Certificate Course on "Sustainable Local Administration" where mayors and other local authorities as well as business executives were participants.
