Thai Appraisal Foundation together with Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association, Southern Information and Valuation Corporation, Thai Business Association Vietnam, United Nations HABITAT, Thai Real Estate Business School and Agency for Real Estate Affairs organized an International Study Visit: Asia's Real Estate Cycles: Ho Chi Minh Housing Market, Supply Analysis, Trend 2008 at the Sheraton Hotel with some 80 participants from 10 countries.
